Nibiru unveils the first official images of its Fashion District, a dedicated space for local and international fashion brands, now emerging as the new style epicenter of the Romanian seaside. Designed as the coolest street on the coast and located right in the heart of the resort, Fashion District is set to become a central attraction of the Nibiru experience – a place where fashion, culture, and community come together.
“Fashion District is designed as a space where local brands stand side by side with international names, in a unique mix of style and experience. It’s our way of supporting the creative community and putting the Romanian seaside on the international lifestyle destination map,” said Selly (Andrei Șelaru), founder of Nibiru and CEO of the project.
Opportunities for Local Brands
Applications for local fashion brands are now open at https://nibiru.net/fashion. Commercial spaces start from 18 sqm, with rents of €3,500/month for a 2-month season.
Strategic Investment of €50 Million
From the beginning, Nibiru committed to delivering a completely new model of tourism, economic, and cultural development on the Romanian coast – through an investment of over €50 million in the project’s first phase. A resort built at the intersection of entertainment, lifestyle, and modern hospitality, with the ambition of becoming an international landmark.
Official Opening: Summer 2026
Nibiru’s official launch is set for summer 2026, with the Fashion District as one of the key elements that will transform the Black Sea holiday experience into a complete destination – featuring events, shopping, gastronomy, and relaxation spaces, all at international standards.
