These are the on-site points where you can solve any issue related to your ticket, wristband or access, face to face with our team. They are marked on the map and at the information points.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If an event is cancelled, you don't have to do anything — we contact you at the email address you used for the purchase. From there, it's your choice: either we exchange your ticket for one to a similar event we propose, or we refund the value of your tickets.

What do I do if my refund takes longer?

Accepted Answer

We process refunds as quickly as possible, but during busy periods processing can take longer than usual. If you have already spoken with an operator and have a refund in progress, you don't need to do anything else — your request is registered and will be processed. All refunds are completed by October 1st at the latest. Please also note that after we send the money, your bank needs a few more business days until the amount appears in your account. If this period has passed and you still don't see the money, write to us through the contact form with your order number and we'll check the status immediately.

What is the age limit at events and festivals?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the event. Some NIBIRU events and festivals have no age limit, others have clear restrictions, so carefully check the age policy in the description of each event or festival on nibiru.net — it states exactly what applies. Children under 15 must be accompanied by one of their parents or by an adult holding a notarized power of attorney, and the accompanying adult also needs a valid ticket for the same event. Minors aged 15 to 18 may come unaccompanied, but must have a completed parental consent form.

How much does an access ticket to the NIBIRU resort cost and what does the price include?

Access to the NIBIRU Promenade costs 25 lei online or 35 lei at the gate (physical ticket, access only). If you buy online before 00:00 of the day you visit, the ticket also includes the 25 RON consumption voucher. If you buy online after 00:00 (on that day), the ticket includes access only, and the 25 RON consumption voucher can be purchased optionally, separately. The ticket gives you access to the Promenade after 17:00, to the concerts and shows held every evening on the NIBIRU Center Stage, to the Museum of Planets, to the MINA immersive projections, to the relaxation areas, as well as to all street activations and shows. Inside the Promenade you also have access to over 30 restaurants, cafés and top culinary concepts.

No. NIBIRU was designed to offer accessible experiences to as wide an audience as possible. Access to the Promenade starts from 25 lei online and includes access to numerous activities and shows. For a family, an evening at NIBIRU can start from the cost of the access ticket, while a complete experience including food and extra activities averages around 100–150 lei per person, depending on the options chosen.

Safety is one of the project's main priorities. The resort will benefit from hundreds of security agents, a video control room active 24 hours a day and a surveillance system covering the entire perimeter. Access is made exclusively through dedicated control points, with checks at the entrance and measures developed together with the competent authorities. In addition, there will be medical teams, first-aid points and mobile hospitals on site, so that visitors can enjoy the experience in a safe and well-organized environment.

You'll find it in the footer of the site, in the “Parental consent” section. It is required for minors aged 15 to 18, who may come unaccompanied if they have it completed. For children under 15 the parental consent form is not enough — they cannot enter unaccompanied, regardless of documents, and must come with one of their parents or with an adult holding a notarized power of attorney and a valid ticket. Complete the document before you leave, because without it access is not permitted.

A Promenade experience includes: free access to attractions (the Museum of Planets, the Suprainfinit Gallery, street shows with acrobats, street artists, mascots, a humanoid robot, the live concerts on the Center Stage, the zipline, the basketball court); commercial areas and activations (brand activations, shopping experiences such as Bookzone and Noriel, the Fashion District area and the over 30 restaurants and cafés). Note: certain activities inside remain paid (Hype Play, the Taranterra exhibition, the Ferris wheel, the padel courts and the photo corner).
