Refund Policy

Electronic Card Payments Within the Festival

1. Payment Methods and Top-Ups

  • Food, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, and other items within the Festival may be purchased using either a preloaded Nibiru Card or a bank card.

  • The Nibiru Card may be loaded with any desired amount at the designated top-up points located throughout the Festival grounds (marked as TOP UP).

2. Card Security Deposit

  • Upon the first top-up of a Nibiru Card in RON, a refundable security deposit of RON 5 will be charged.

  • The deposit will be refunded when the card is returned to any TOP UP point within the Festival by the end of the Festival day.

3. Top-Up and Refund Limits

  • Participants may reload their Nibiru Card as many times as they wish.

  • Each top-up must be for a minimum amount of RON 1.

  • The maximum amount that may be loaded onto a Nibiru Card is RON 3,000.

  • The maximum amount that the Organizer may refund in cash to any Participant is RON 1,500.

4. Card Care and Integrity

  • Participants are solely responsible for keeping their Nibiru Card safe and intact.

  • The Participant bears full responsibility in the event the card is lost or damaged.

  • Damaged cards may be deactivated and replaced with new cards at the Help Desk.

5. Remaining Balance Refund

  • Participants may request a refund of any remaining balance on their Nibiru Card until the end of the Event, no later than 3:00 AM, at the designated refund point within the Festival grounds.
